Cancellation Policy

At Kalzstudioz, we strive to provide professional and high-quality services for our clients. Please review our terms and conditions to understand our policies. By booking with us, you agree to the following: Booking and Payment A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your session. This will be applied to your total package cost. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the event and before deliverables are provided. Cancellation & Postponement Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Postponed bookings retain the fee if rescheduled with mutual agreement. Copyright All images and footage are the copyright of Kalzstudioz. Clients have exclusive usage rights but cannot sell, reproduce, or share with other media entities without prior consent. Safety Kalzstudioz reserves the right to halt services in case of harm, harassment, or threats. Deposits will not be refunded, and legal action may follow. Deliverables High-quality deliverables will be provided as per the contract. Work will only commence after receipt of all required materials. Kalzstudioz is not responsible for corrupted or poor-quality materials. Turnaround Time Standard delivery timelines are 6-8 weeks for photos and 8-12 weeks for videos, with additional time for print orders. Express services are available at additional costs. Display & Social Media Kalzstudioz may use your images for promotion, including on social media and advertising. Clients restricting such usage may incur a fee of $200-$500. Archiving Images/footage may be archived by Kalzstudioz, but clients are responsible for storing their deliverables. Prints & Proofreading Clients must review and approve materials before printing. Errors not flagged during the proofreading period will not be the company’s responsibility. Attendance In unforeseen circumstances preventing the assigned personnel from attending, Kalzstudioz will provide a substitute or issue a full refund if no substitute is available. Payment Final deliverables require full payment. Unauthorized use of deliverables without payment will incur double the invoice cost.
